The people are amazingly kind but loads of fun as well. They haven't met enough ruched tourist yet but maybe tourist equals money connection in their extreme way. In Equidal(?) it was constant assoed(?) to get the right price for taxis, etc. You and I've not once been asked to pay ridiculous amount for anything. The only thing they can do wrong here is food."

"On return, I hopped on the regional plain from Kingsgate directing to Adelaide, very quick. The island is easy to travel around if you have a vehicle. A 4 wheel drive is a luxury but not always needed. I saw the old places in Australia. The island is much bigger than it looks in the map being about 100mi by 35mi which is big enough to keep most people busy for a while. On the wild front there are plenty of kangaroos like the name may suggest but it is the ocean life that was amazing."
