I can"'t believe its only been a few days since I started off on myholiday as it feels so wonderful and free. I had a fantastic two days inMiami. Mark and I partied like sinners and spent a full day on the beachlolling in the sun. I have to tank god for the wonders of the all daysunscreen P20 - as I managed only a tiny burn on my chest probably fromsweating through the sunscreen. I couldn"'t believe that it held up sowell. The day after we did the 4WD Tour of the Flinders Ranges we took a scenic flight over the Ranges.andnbsp; Here are a couple of pix of Wilpena Pound with the caravan park in the foreground of the 2nd photo. Next stop Broken Hill - What a fantastic place this was, lots of art galleries (Wally was heard to say can we go to another art gallery today? )andnbsp; and really interesting things to do a see.andnbsp; We took a trip out to a little ghost town called Silverton and spend the day there.andnbsp; Many movies have been made there including Mad Max II (I couldn"'t find Mel, but touched lots things he probably did) Priscilla Queen of the Read More

We saw heaps of emus (over 100) and this is a picture of an emu with his chicks. The female emu lays the eggs then the father takes over and raises them, with her nowhere to be seen!!!

We took a guided tour through the Flinders Ranges.andnbsp; This is our tour guide, Derek and Wally having a chat.andnbsp; He was a fantastic guide, very interesting and a good bloke.
